אני מנסה להתחבר לתוכנת HOPON לטעינת רב קו רושם לי שוב ושוב "נדרש עדכון לתוכנת הטעינה, עדכון תוכנה" מוריד את התוכנה ומתקין ועדיין ההתקנה לא מזוהה מה עושים? צריך דווקא את HOPON כי יש לי שם קופונים מדן אשמח לעזרה דחופה
