הקובץ system.img שנוצר לך פגום ולא יעבוד. אם תצרוב אותו, המכשיר כמעט בוודאות ייתקע על הלוגו (bootloop).
הסבר מה קרה: השגיאה המרכזית היא No such file or directory while opening file contexts "/.../file_contexts.txt"
זה אומר שהתוכנה שלך באה לארוז את הקבצים לקובץ
system.img אבל בגלל שאין לה את הקובץ file_contexts.txt
היא לא יודעת איזה תעודת זהות בטחונית לשים לכל קובץ
אז היא פשוט אורזת את הקבצים בלי תעודות הזהות הבטחוניות ואם תצרוב את הקובץ על אנדרואיד אנדרואיד יזהה שאין להם הרשאות בטחוניות ויתקע בלולאת אתחול
מה שאתה צריך לעשות זה למצוא את קובץ ה-file_contexts.txt המקורי ששייך למערכת שאתה עורך (או למערכת דומה על אותה גרסת אנדרואיד 4) ולמקם אותו בתיקיית Config של הפרויקט, בדיוק בנתיב שהשגיאה מראה לך
