הי, יש לי פלאפון של חברת QLYX דגם Q8 והתחדשתי בעוד סים, כרגע יש לי שני מספרים על אותו פלאפון. אנשים מתלוננים שהם מנסים להתקשר אלי לסים השני, אבל אין להם בכלל צליל חיוג, האמת שגם הסים הראשון (הותיק) גם קצת עושה בעיות, האם משהו יודע לתת לי פתרון לזה?
