Thanks for answering.
But I'm scared when he says "I'm not taking responsibility" like, it might not work. I've tried so many times different ROMs and all of them bricked my device. So, I'll be happy to hear if someone successfully tried that -

When I got my f22 pro flashed, by a store (cuz I couldn't get a ROM on my own) they asked me if I want "parental controls, kosher play, random lock, or completely open" it was promted by the screen, I think
the app is called
בחירת גירסה
But once my phone was set, I cannot change back. Even after a factory reset. I'm wondering if anybody has the app or has a way to be promoted again, or even has a way to install parental controls. The default method isn't working due to a unknown device owner that already exists.
So if anybody knows how to get that app/ Google parental controls working, please tell me

use root to delete unwanted apps. can't restore.you want to reflash your device with other firmware?

I wouldn't mind, but only with Google play services and root.
And also prompts me to install family link or kosher play after starting up after flashing -
