בעיה | בעיה בשימוש ב adb

אני מנסה להתקין אפליקציה בעזרת adb ואני מקבל את השגיאה:
שהמכשיר אופליין, מה עושים?
וגם ליפני שהיה אופליין שניסתי להתקין APP קיבלתי:
