בעיה | תיקיית 'הורדות' הפכה ללא זמינה

@מתכנת-חובב שאר התיקיות (מוסיקה, מסמכים וכו') עובדות כרגיל.
ואין הבדל בין גישה דרך הסייר, או מקיצורי דרך שונים. וגם מה cmd הוא לא נותן. -

אני עובד על מחשב (נייח) שכל האחסון שלי נמצא על כונן D ורק התוכנות על C.
ובלי שום התראה מוקדמת אי אפשר להיכנס לתיקיית הורדות, הוא כותב המיקום אינו זמין
