בעיה | תקלה בהתקנת nod.js

לא הצלחתי להעלות צילום מסך בpdf.
להלן ההודעה במסך windows powershel:

שוב ראיתי שזהו דו"ח שעלה ע"י תוכנת Windows PowerShell, ויתכן שהוא לא מצביע על משהו שהוא ממש לא תקין בnod, אבל אני לא מספיק מבין בזה.
אשמח לקבל הבהרות.

אבל הדרך הרגילה להתקין nodejs בוינדוס היא באמצעות קובץ exe
