problem| Install spotify apk on kosher shiomi qin 1s+

Hi. I have a kosher qin 1s+, which is exactly the same as a couple of friends of mine. they managed to get hold of a Spotify apk which works on their phones, but when i tried to install it, it says "This apk is not allowed to be installed on this platform." is there any way to edit the apk, or any other way to install this apk? thanks in advance.
