Using Location Categories

Garmin Mobile XT contains default categories to help you organize your Locations. You can also create your own categories for your Locations.

To create a category:

1. Select (Menu >) Tools > Manage My Data > My Locations.

2. Select a Location, then select Change Categories.

3. Select Manage > Add Category.

4. Enter the category name, then select Done.

To assign a category:

1. Select (Menu >) Tools > Manage My Data > My Locations.

2. Select a Location, then select Change Categories.

3. Select one or more categories, then select Done.
