If you tried working it out with network licenses, some activation windows could not appear, because it remembers method of activation. You need to reset the licenses by using CMD (with admin privileges just to be sure), go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper and run following command:

AdskLicensingInstHelper change -pk PRODUCT_KEY -pv 2021.0.0.F -lm ""

just change -pk PRODUCT_KEY -pv 2021.0.0.F to match your product, and it license will be reset.

If you are not sure what versions you have installed, use command AdskLicensingInstHelper list

It should remembers previously activated products, but you can always reset their licenses and activate them once more.

Remember: there must be ADSKLicensing installed on a PC, if not apps will not launch.
